Hi,
Since setting up this website I have since retired, in 2021. Thank you to all for an incredible yoga journey.
I'm Paddy and have set up Yoga Buzz to show people, who might come across my website, that yoga is for the benefit of everyone.
My foundation training has been with BWY and my 500 hours with YA. My invaluable teacher training took place in London, Italy and Peru and continues each and every time I come to my mat.
For my last 300 hours of yoga teacher training I was very fortunate to be taught by the amazing Deborah Koehn, who was first taught herself by Indra Devi and then later by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore India.....and so the lineage continues.
Within my local community I am part of the Complementary Therapy Team for St Helena Hospice and volunteer each week at St Helena Hospice Tendring to help support relaxation for people who attend the centre. I have taught seated yoga and guided meditation at MS UK in Colchester.
As well as being a yoga teacher I am also a qualified Yoga Therapist. Yoga Therapy helps with mind and body using the many different elements of yoga to support well-being.
I have been lucky in my life to meet so many wonderful people through yoga and I have also been lucky enough in my life to travel to wonderful places across the world and am also lucky to always come home to another beautiful part of the world. However, the real beauty lies within all of us and that journey can often be the hardest and the most enlightening.
Wherever your journey may take you, invite yoga and mindfulness to be part of the tapestry of your life. Enjoy the journey within, as well as the journey without.
May you be safe, may you be happy, may you have good health and enough food to eat. May we all learn to live at ease of heart with whatever comes to us in life. Namaste.
